If an item is in stock it will be dispatched within 4 to 6 days of the order and in case of the item is not in stock or if it is custom made it may take 4 to 6 weeks for the dispatch.
Shipment Rates: Rates for the shipment will appear at the time of checkout.
Options: We offer Worlwide delivery. Domestic Customers have an additional option of Store-Pick Up, available at the time of checkout.
The customer will be notified the date from which the item is available to pick up. Note, the shipping address is still required in case the customer wishes to get the item delivered instead.
No refunds will be done unless the item is genuinely damaged which has to be reported to us via Telephone/WhatsApp/Email within the 24 hours of receiving
the goods.
Exchange option is provided for customers opting for Store-pick Up in their online purchase. The customer can exchange the goods ordered for any other item of same or higher price provided the item has not been requested to be altered.
Please note the customer would need to pay the difference and this is not available on customised items.
