I spent around 4k in total here on multiple bespoke outfits. They looked great in store when I tried them on and when buying outfits they give you a good service. After you place the order it is all downhill from there. Order came long after the promised date and ended up arriving after the actual wedding had taken place. I was refused a refund or discount on the items and forced to take them despite having no use for them. I agreed to take them in the end as I planned to have another function at a later date and could have used the outfits for then. When I arrived to collect they looked nothing like what I had ordered and the fabric was not the same. Akriti refused to acknowledge anything was wrong with the outfit despite clear evidence there were mistakes and got quite confrontational with me in store. It took a few stress filled visits to get them to finally acknowledge an issue and we had to face multiple lies and dishonest behaviour in the process. Eventually we used legal routes to retrieve our money and thankfully had clear enough evidence to get this sorted. It is really not worth the stress to buy from here because if something goes wrong it becomes extremely difficult to deal with them. If you do buy from them make sure you keep plenty of evidence and pay with credit cards so you are protected if things go wrong. To this day they have not apologised or offered any compensation for the trouble they caused.
